We have had the opportunity to work with Thompson Realty for over 10+ years. Jamie has been more than professional, knowledgeable and supportive during the years we rented our property and its subsequent sale. Jamie has gone above and beyond the realtor role. One renter we had created a "few" problems for we landlords and the roommates. Jamie was available to help deal with the problem we faced. He was always there to answer any question, offer suggestions and possible directions. When the decision was made to sell the property, he was again beside his customer, advising suggestions to help make the property more marketable and guiding us through a successful sale. There are many realtors in Medford, but it would be difficult to find one like Jamie, your partner through a rental or sale process. Thanks again and again from my heart for being there!! Lived on a property managed by Thompson Realty and it was a terrific experience. Open lines of communication, timely response times to various maintence requests, always but the tenant first. 10/10 would recommend.

I listed a unit for rent with Thompson Realty and it was a seamless experience. They did a wonderful job attracting quality tenants and they handled all the paperwork - huge help. Very responsive and knowledgable. Great service all around!

Thompson managed the 4 unit building I lived in in 2013.Thompson's maintenance guy changed all the locks, every door in the building. 16 doors. The board of health was called to this property for mold and mildew issues. At this time the Board of Health discovered one key opened every single door in the building. That my friends is how safe and secure you are in the hands of Thompson Realty of Medford, Ma. This realtor, Neal Thompson & his sales "ASS"ociate Raj Bathan built this scam/business on strong arm tactics, bullying and renters not knowing their rights.

Ask illegal questions of occupancy. They do not know their business.

Crooks, cheats, sneaks and liars. I went to court against these guys. It was surreal. They put their maintenance guy in the attic of my building to live, no toilet or water. Thompson's agent took a first floor apartment, same building and paid nothing. They are bullies. My experience was so bad I will never stop getting my story out. Stay away from this realtor. As both a previous tenant and landlord, I would highly recommend working with Jamie. As a tenant, he was always responsive, communicative, and made a lasting positive impression. Years later, I owned a multi-family myself and had to move out of the state. My first thought was to call Jamie. He had the unit we lived in rented quick with beautiful listing pictures and wonderful tenants. Jamie took good care of my tenants and property and I never had to worry about a thing! If you're looking for a property manager, please look no further!

I had a 2 bedroom rental, a hard rental, that didn't include much! But thanks to Thompson Realty's Jamie Thompson, we had it rented within the month! Jamie Thompson of Thompson reality was extremely helpful in helping me find a great apartment! He showed us a few different apartments and continued to send us options until we found our current apartment which we love. He was very helpful in the lease process and had great communication! Very unprofessional, I recommend not wasting your time and finding someone else. He waits weeks before getting back to you and by then things are off the market.
