We have had the opportunity to work with Thompson Realty for over 10+ years. Jamie has been more than professional, knowledgeable and supportive during the years we rented our property and its subsequent sale. Jamie has gone above and beyond the realtor role. One renter we had created a "few" problems for we landlords and the roommates. Jamie was available to help deal with the problem we faced. He was always there to answer any question, offer suggestions and possible directions. When the decision was made to sell the property, he was again beside his customer, advising suggestions to help make the property more marketable and guiding us through a successful sale. There are many realtors in Medford, but it would be difficult to find one like Jamie, your partner through a rental or sale process. Thanks again and again from my heart for being there!! As both a previous tenant and landlord, I would highly recommend working with Jamie. As a tenant, he was always responsive, communicative, and made a lasting positive impression. Years later, I owned a multi-family myself and had to move out of the state. My first thought was to call Jamie. He had the unit we lived in rented quick with beautiful listing pictures and wonderful tenants. Jamie took good care of my tenants and property and I never had to worry about a thing! If you're looking for a property manager, please look no further!
